Integrated Management System (IMS)

Kenaidan is committed to safety, environmental protection, quality assurance/control, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This commitment provides long-term benefits to our valued clients, suppliers and employees. To maintain this commitment, we have developed a comprehensive Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS covers every aspect of our business and is devoted to “continuous improvement”.  Our IMS is tested against three of the most stringent international standards in the world: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management.  This guarantees that our IMS is being utilized, continually improved, and guarantees the benefit to our clients.

Quality Management System (QMS)

The Quality Management system consists of a series of manuals incorporating policies and procedures which focus on every facet of our business.  The system integrates all processes required for its proper implementation, from information management and provision of resources, to production processes, quality assurance, quality control activities, analysis, reporting and improvement processes.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

Kenaidan recognizes that the protection of the environment is one of our corporate responsibilities.  It is a guiding principle in the operation of our business and a key component in the measurement of our business performance and success. We are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that minimizes our potential impact on the environment and reduces our carbon footprint. LEED® requirements have been developed and incorporated into the Environmental Management System (EMS) program based our experiences with LEED® projects over the years. This combined approach to environmental responsibility was demonstrated in the construction of our new head office facility which opened in 2015 and achieved LEED® Gold certification.

Health & Safety Management System

Kenaidan’s H&S Management System outlines practical and effective measures that are in place to both protect the Health & Safety of our employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers and the general public; and to ensure all workplace parties comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
